Ruchika Fest is more than just a shopping event—it’s a philanthropic platform that channels all proceeds into the club’s charitable initiatives. These include supporting underprivileged women through vocational training at Nayee Disha and providing comprehensive care for orphaned girls at Samparc Balgram. By participating in the fest, attendees contribute directly to these meaningful causes, making their purchases impactful beyond the marketplace.
The fest features over 180 exhibitors, ranging from renowned brands to emerging artisans from across India and Dubai. Attendees can explore a wide array of products, including fashion apparel, accessories, silverware, real jewelry, and unique gift items. The event also provides complimentary space to certified NGOs, offering them a platform to display and sell their handcrafted products, thereby supporting their missions and expanding their reach.
Held at the expansive 42,000 sq. ft. Dome at NSCI, SVP Stadium in Worli, Ruchika Fest is meticulously organized to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The event boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, modern décor—including a kinetic ball installation—and a buzzing food court that offers culinary delights from young home-chefs and startups. The fest attracts a diverse crowd, with over 17,000 visitors from Mumbai, Nasik, Pune, and Surat, creating a dynamic and inclusive environment.

We’ve risen by lifting others
RUCHIKA FEST is a two-day show, held in June/July at the DOME, NSCI, SVP Stadium, Worli.
It is the primary fund raiser for the Club’s on-going charity projects.
The Fest is a unique shopping experience of understated elegance. Conducted with professional finesse, in the spacious 42,000 sq. ft. hall and outer arena in DOME.
The stalls display a kaleidoscope of creative talent from around the country. Certified, authentic NGOs are given complimentary space in the exhibition.
Despite the plethora of exhibitions, Ruchika stands out primarily for its spectacular ambience, spacious layout, and immaculate management at the venue. The Food Court is a popular section suited to every palette. The heavy footfall of visitors is proof of our success.
The Exhibition committee works with dedication to make it a memorable experience.
Raising funds for our Charity projects is the philanthropic motivation behind the show, making the hard work so rewarding.
