Day 1 in Kevadia: A Memorable Beginning!

Day 1 in Kevadia!

Our journey started early as we boarded the Shatabdi Express from Mumbai Central at 6:15 am. With breakfast served on the train, we reached Bharuch by 10 am.

Swiftly transferring to buses, we arrived at the Borosil guesthouse owned by our very own Ruchika member, Rekha Kheruka. A warm welcome awaited us as we indulged in a factory visit followed by a delightful fellowship session till noon, culminating in a delicious lunch.

At 1:45 pm, we set off for Kevadia, a picturesque journey of 1 hour 45 minutes. Upon arrival at The FERN Sardar Sarovar Resort, we refreshed with tea before heading for the EKTA River Cruise & Glow Garden, an enchanting experience starting at 4:15 pm. Don’t forget your shawls and jackets for the evening breeze!

By 7:30 pm, we were back at the hotel, gearing up for a night filled with entertainment!

The evening began with stand-up comedy by our very own Usha Somani, followed by a vibrant Gujarati Night with live music and Dandia.
